8)Emoticon- a sideways image of a face formed by keyboard symbols, which is used in emails to express a particular emotion

9) Flood - a massive amount of posts to a single newsgroup in a short period of time.
10) Off-topic - a contribution that is not within the bounds of the current discussion

It was December when people thought that would not snow. People were very upset, because a lot of strange things started to happen. Bears in zoos couldn’t sleep, they were very angry and nervous. In one town people saw that summer flowers started to grow. Unfortunately, it was a global catastrophy. The snow was melting, and it could happen, that people would never see any snow again. It was a big economical problem. Many factories produced snow ploughs to remove snow and sold shovels, but nobody would buy these things. I really hope that it will snow at New Year. It would be the best present for a New Year!

2. Чем объясняется это изменение (или постоянство)?
3. Какие детали должны быть учтены в данном эксперименте, чтобы результат стал наиболее очевидным?


Решение:

Процессы происходят по закону Архимеда.

( ЗАКОН АРХИМЕДА – закон статики жидкостей, согласно которому на погруженное в жидкость, тело действует выталкивающая сила, равная весу жидкости в объеме тела.)


Ответ:

1. Уровень воды в сосуде увеличится, после того как растает лёд.
2. Это обусловлено тем, что лёд- это замороженная вода.
3. Нужно учесть :
1. объём погружённого тела
2. вес погружённого тела

Вывод:

В каждом сосуде уровень воды увеличился... И увеличился до одинаковой отметки....Когда лёд полностью растает, то на первом месте будет стакан с кусочками металла, 2-м месте стакан с простой водой и на третьем стакан с кусочками пробки....
